Supported connections in the interface
The interface includes Binance, Bybit and OKX. Connect your own exchange account through the API keys section. OKX also requires the API passphrase.
The exchange rejects my API key
- Check that you selected the correct exchange.
- Check the key and secret for accidental spaces or incorrect values.
- Check that trading permissions are enabled on the exchange.
- For OKX, also verify the passphrase.
- If the error continues, contact support with the exchange name, bot name, error time and error text with all secrets removed.
Keep credentials private
Never send support your password, full API key, API secret, passphrase, seed phrase, private key or two-factor authentication code. These are not needed in a chat.
An API key used by active bots cannot be deleted through the interface until the restriction is resolved. Ask an operator if you need help with a specific account.
